1. When will my order ship?

ASAP! All orders can take up to 1 business day to process and ship from our warehouse. From there, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days for U.S. orders to deliver. Just a heads up, our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. We have also experienced longer than normal shipping times with delayed time estimates from carriers. 2. How do I track my order?

Tracking is sent in your shipping confirmation email. Just click the "Track Order" link and you'll be taken to the Order Thank You page with details about your order's status and a link to your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours from the time we send your shipping confirmation email for tracking to begin updating on the carrier website.

3. How do returns work?

Rigged and Ready provides prepaid return labels exclusively for the contiguous United States.

Rigged and Ready cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

4. Do you offer Gift Cards?

5. Can I make a change to my order?

After you have completed the checkout process and clicked "Place Order", your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must email Customer Service at Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
To process an exchange, please contact Customer Service at You will be asked to return your existing item(s) for a credit and we will place a new order for the correct item. You will be required to pay shipping and handling on the return and we will ship your new item without additional shipping and handling charges.
